I am a theological editor, writer, and teacher interested in the conversations that take place between biblical scholarship, theology, and the life of the church.

I earned a Master of Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, where I am currently pursuing a Master of Theology. My studies include advanced work in biblical Hebrew, New Testament Greek, exegesis, and theology. I am especially interested in the careful work of interpreting Scripture and in helping others communicate the fruits of that work clearly and faithfully.

As a developmental and theological editor, I work with Christian authors to strengthen biblical interpretation, argument, structure, and clarity while preserving each writer’s voice. I previously served as an associate literary agent, where I evaluated manuscripts and prospective authors and helped writers develop nonfiction book proposals.

I also teach theology in my local church and write for Christian audiences. My work has appeared in Christianity Today, Fathom Magazine, and Bible.org.

Across these different roles, I am drawn to the same work: helping thoughtful biblical and theological scholarship move beyond the academy without losing its rigor—and helping it serve the church with clarity, wisdom, and care.
